That's about all I learned on 3 hours of Rosetta Stone on my flight over, before my laptop ran out. The flight was uneventful and only yielded about an hour of sleep. Watched two movies, drank two free beers (yes, probably should've indulged a little more but am getting soft in my old age) and annoyed some people around me as I took 40 shots trying to capture what I was viewing as we flew over the North Atlantic just east of Greenland. The pictures don't do any justice but its pretty incredible to see the cloud formations under a full moon.
After a short train ride from Amsterdam to Utrecht, I drug 100 pounds of luggage and laptops for 30 minutes for the 500 meter walk from the train station to the office (yes, I got lost). Its an interesting feeling to have no phone, internet or communication skills. What in the world did people do back in olden days? In the end I used my keen sense of direction to get to the office. Picture below is of the view from our little space. I'm not sure if that's a casino or a grocery store right there, but I will be finding out soon.
More to come later. Time to do some work.
